Homemade apple pie filling




*Ingredients:

°5 apples
°1 E. sugar
°1/4 tsp. Corn Starch
°1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
°1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
°1/2 tsp. water
°3/4 tsp. Apple juice or apple juice
°2 tablespoons lemon juice

*directione:

Peel, peel and cut the apples into slices. Put in boiling water for 1 minute. Set aside and keep warm. Boil the remaining ingredients to the desired thickness. Just let it boil completely. Fill hot, sterilized jars alternately with apples and syrup until almost full. Slide the knife aside to remove air bubbles. Add more apples and drink. "Treat in a boiling water bath. Put the jars in a water bath or a tray that allows you to put water on the jars by about an inch. Boil for 25 minutes."
