Salt Caramel Bites



*Ingredients

°4 c oyster cookies

°3/4 c butter

°3/4 c brown sugar

°2 t vanilla or extract

°1 t kosher salt


*Methods

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or aluminum foil) and lightly coat with non-stick cooking spray.

Spreading your cookies on the baking sheet.

In  skillet on heat, melting butter. Adding sugar brown also vanilla. Stirring until brown sugar has dissolve.

Increase heat to mix begins to boil. Stir continuously for about 3-4 minutes while the mixture becomes sparkling and lighter in color. It will smell delicious!

Turning off heat also easy pour on top of the cookies. Mixing with a rubber spatula to all the cookies are totally covered.

Sprinkle the kosher salt on top of the crackers.

Bake 8-10 min watch to burn.
